Eligibility:

Meet Income Guidelines (see below)
Attend a HUD-Apporved Homebuyer’s Education Class
Have not owned a home in the last 3 years
Have a social security number
Purchase a home in Montgomery County (outside the city limits of Conroe)
Maximum sales price as set by HUD ($189,000 existing home, $224,000 new construction)
Qualify with a lender of your choice
Up to $14,500 for a resale or new construction home. Must be built after Jan. 1979

4 Persons: $55,350
5 Persons: $59,800
6 Persons: $64,250
7 Persons: $68,650
8 Persons: $73,100
