We were so impressed with him, we were already recommending him to our friends and family before we even closed on our own home. We originally had another real estate agent and  had to relieve him after being passed up for 5 different homes because of the lack of timeliness and professionalism that was displayed. We were very frustrated to say the least, so we did an agent search and were paired up with Marcus by chance and we were so blessed we found him. Marcus listened to our needs and ideas and worked as a team with us which led to a very profitable sale with minimal issues. It was a very smooth transaction. He was very pleasant to deal with and minimized stress for us in the whole process. He was also very proactive and organized in planning everything which lead to 26 showings and more than 20 people at an open house all within 2 days. We had over 9 offers from that 2 days. So we didn't have to leave the house on the market for longer than 2 days and disrupt our lives with nuisance showings. He was very savvy with negotiating, picking the best buyer, and using leverage to give us the best deal.

Marcus worked with me to purchase my first home in 2014 and it was a great experience. There were a lot of things I didn't know as a first time homebuyer, but with his extensive knowledge and guidance, I felt like an informed consumer. Marcus was very responsive, which is very important and  reassuring during the home buying process. He took the time to explain every part of the process, including on closing day! What struck me most was that when I asked a question, I got an honest response, and when the facilitators didn't know the answer, they knew where to look up the information and get back to us about it. One of the great aspects was that there was an attorney present to give answers "from a legal point of view". Lastly, the handouts were clear and concise--really helpful and not something to put away in a binder forever and always. I signed up Marcus to sell my house in Tomball TX in July 2017 based on all positive testimonials and just one phone conversation since I was remotely located (California). I had a positive vibe in that one single conversation. We had an offer in the making within a month - mid Aug 2017 when  unfortunately my house flooded late August during Harvey. Marcus took the lead in arranging water remediation within hours of after water receded as well lined up all help to initiate repair of the house. He went above and beyond his role as a realtor to help me in that tough situation especially since I had already moved to California. We relisted the house for sale in Jan 2018 and the house was sold at the best possible price given the circumstances in mid-Feb. What I liked about Marcus - his in-depth experience and understanding of the market (18+ years of experience!), his immensely rational approach, his nature to work closely with the buyer and balance out things in all situations - flooding, repair, losing one buyer in Jan 2018 as the buyer could not qualify for loan and finally sealing the deal with another buyer in Feb 2018. Marcus stuck with me throughout the rough ride since Aug 2017 until Feb 2018. He guided me throughout to make the right decisions. At length, I say, I have earned a friend for life in him!! When we decided to sell our home and look for a new one, we firmly resolved not to make any compromises and to settle only for the house we really wanted, with all the attributes we chose as ideal.  We realized this would take a good while, and so we warned our agent that he needed to be very patient; we did not want to feel rushed.  It took two whole years to find the house of our dreams and Mr. Bruno stayed the course all the way.  He is like Job:  perseverant to the end.  Note that we only wrote one contract on a house, and it was for the one we bought, thanks to the help and guidance of our agent. 

Marcus is a fast worker and reliable. I loved the electronic document service you used; it was super convenient for me considering I was in school and always on the go and unable to make it a office.  And Marcus was always there to calm me down when things were getting complicated and frustrating, things expected in the real estate business. 

You were accessible.  I could call on you anytime and, if you were not available at that moment, you returned each call and email as soon as you were available.  You were never rude to me or made me feel I was intruding. Not even when I'd call you on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon after I found a property that looked interesting and wanted more information on it.

Outside of real estate knowledge (which is important...), Marcus brought a "human" component to my house search. I was consistently being out-bid and I was becoming frustrated and despondent. He was able to keep me motivated and I ended up with a gem of house that has now almost doubled in value.  He had patience with the situation and with me...I know I can be a handful 🙂
