Out of concern for the safety and well-being of our clients, staff, and community at large, we would like to provide an update of what we are doing to mitigate the risks of COVID-19. Even with the current crisis, Bruno Fine Properties is able to provide the safest and best real estate experience possible.

What We’re Doing

We are monitoring and following all guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), including taking the steps necessary to reduce the threat of COVID-19 exposure to our staff and clients.

As experts in the field of virtual real estate transaction systems, we remain open to serve you. If you are buying real estate, we have virtual transaction procedures in place to conduct live stream home showings and online meetings from the comfort of your own home. When you find a home you like, we can make arrangements for you to get inside the home at your convenience. In addition, our transaction management solutions allow us to send and sign documents from easy to use platforms accessible from any device.

As part of our protocols for home sellers, we provide 24-hour open house access from our custom property website platforms. For our home sellers, anyone who is interested in your home can first browse the custom website before deciding to visit your home. We have instructed our team members to remind clients to wash or sanitize their hands before entering your home.

Marcus Bruno

I am a licensed real estate broker with over 20 years of experience in the industry. I started my career in 2000 as a real estate agent, and in 2010 I became a broker. I have a passion for helping people find their dream homes and negotiate the best deals. I specialize in residential real estate, and I have extensive knowledge of the local market and trends. In 2015, I moved to Houston with my family and in 2018 opened Bruno Fine Properties Inc, a real estate brokerage that serves the Spring area and surrounding communities. I am a proud father of five beautiful girls, and I have been happily married to my wife Malika Bruno since 2003. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf, and reading. I am always eager to meet new clients and look forward to sharing my knowledge.
