Flood Insurance Is A Must In Houston

FEMA is raising the cost of flood insurance starting October 1st 2021. In this video Marcus Bruno, of Bruno Fine Properties, discusses the potential impact to homeowners with existing coverage. Marcus also explains why it's a good idea for everyone to get coverage, including new home buyers and homeowners who are not in flood zones.

I signed up Marcus to sell my house in Tomball TX in July 2017 based on all positive testimonials and just one phone conversation since I was remotely located (California). I had a positive vibe in that one single conversation. We had an offer in the making within a month - mid Aug 2017 when unfortunately my house flooded late August during Harvey.
