The Odds of Selling chart is a key supply and demand graph. The odds of selling is the percentage of homes sold compared to all the real estate activity.

 The “Time to Sell” chart gives us an idea of how long it should take before you close on your home. 

In many cases, the best time to sell your home may be seasonal.  The "Buying Pattern" chart lets us see when the best time of the year to sell you home is?

The “Scattergram Pricing” chart is used to visually identify the fair market value of your home. The fair market value and how we will price your home is based on five factors: location; price and size of comparable homes that have sold recently; and the special features and condition of your home. We can show all five of these factors on this scattergram chart.

What I liked about Marcus - his in-depth experience and understanding of the market

I signed up Marcus to sell my house in Tomball TX in July 2017 based on all positive testimonials and just one phone conversation since I was remotely located (California). I had a positive vibe in that one single conversation. We had an offer in the making within a month - mid Aug 2017 when unfortunately my house flooded late August during Harvey. Marcus listened to our needs and ideas and worked as a team with us which led to a very profitable sale with minimal issues. It was a very smooth transaction. He was very pleasant to deal with and minimized stress for us in the whole process. He was also very proactive and organized in planning everything which lead to 26 showings and more than 20 people at an open house all within 2 days. We had over 9 offers from that 2 days. So we didn't have to leave the house on the market for longer than 2 days and disrupt our lives with nuisance showings. He was very savvy with negotiating, picking the best buyer, and using leverage to give us the best deal.
