Marcus Bruno

I am a licensed real estate broker with over 20 years of experience in the industry. I started my career in 2000 as a real estate agent, and in 2010 I became a broker. I have a passion for helping people find their dream homes and negotiate the best deals. I specialize in residential real estate, and I have extensive knowledge of the local market and trends. In 2015, I moved to Houston with my family and in 2018 opened Bruno Fine Properties Inc, a real estate brokerage that serves the Spring area and surrounding communities. I am a proud father of five beautiful girls, and I have been happily married to my wife Malika Bruno since 2003. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing golf, and reading. I am always eager to meet new clients and look forward to sharing my knowledge.

I signed up Marcus to sell my house in Tomball TX in July 2017 based on all positive testimonials and just one phone conversation since I was remotely located (California). I had a positive vibe in that one single conversation. We had an offer in the making within a month - mid Aug 2017 when unfortunately my house flooded late August during Harvey. Marcus took the lead in arranging water remediation within hours of after water receded as well lined up all help to initiate repair of the house. He went above and beyond his role as a realtor to help me in that tough situation especially since I had already moved to California. We relisted the house for sale in Jan 2018 and the house was sold at the best possible price given the circumstances in mid-Feb. What I liked about Marcus - his in-depth experience and understanding of the market (18+ years of experience!), his immensely rational approach, his nature to work closely with the buyer and balance out things in all situations - flooding, repair, losing one buyer in Jan 2018 as the buyer could not qualify for loan and finally sealing the deal with another buyer in Feb 2018. Marcus listened to our needs and ideas and worked as a team with us which led to a very profitable sale with minimal issues. It was a very smooth transaction. He was very pleasant to deal with and minimized stress for us in the whole process. He was also very proactive and organized in planning everything which lead to 26 showings and more than 20 people at an open house all within 2 days. We had over 9 offers from that 2 days. So we didn't have to leave the house on the market for longer than 2 days and disrupt our lives with nuisance showings. He was very savvy with negotiating, picking the best buyer, and using leverage to give us the best deal.
