I signed up Marcus to sell my house in Tomball TX in July 2017 based on all positive testimonials and just one phone conversation since I was remotely located (California). I had a positive vibe in that one single conversation. We had an offer in the making within a month - mid Aug 2017 when unfortunately my house flooded late August during Harvey. Marcus took the lead in arranging water remediation within hours of after water receded as well lined up all help to initiate repair of the house. He went above and beyond his role as a realtor to help me in that tough situation especially since I had already moved to California. We relisted the house for sale in Jan 2018 and the house was sold at the best possible price given the circumstances in mid-Feb. What I liked about Marcus - his in-depth experience and understanding of the market (18+ years of experience!), his immensely rational approach, his nature to work closely with the buyer and balance out things in all situations - flooding, repair, losing one buyer in Jan 2018 as the buyer could not qualify for loan and finally sealing the deal with another buyer in Feb 2018. Marcus stuck with me throughout the rough ride since Aug 2017 until Feb 2018. He guided me throughout to make the right decisions. At length, I say, I have earned a friend for life in him!!
