I signed up Marcus to sell my house in Tomball TX in July 2017 based on all positive testimonials and just one phone conversation since I was remotely located (California). I had a positive vibe in that one single conversation. We had an offer in the making within a month - mid Aug 2017 when unfortunately my house flooded late August during Harvey. Marcus took the lead in arranging water remediation within hours of after water receded as well lined up all help to initiate repair of the house.
